I just had my second micro derm facial with Laura. She is phenomenal. I highly recommend
her for your skin renewal therapy. I will be going back in two weeks for my next facial. The
NEVER GO HERE!!! My 12 year old daughter was taking here by her father. When I saw her I was horrified. She wanted her light brown hair to be lightened and then pink added, she now has four different shades of blonde/orange and green throughout her hair. When the owner was shown the picture of what my daughter wanted she should of said I can't do this and that she didn't have the color pink but instead she destroyed my daughters hair. When I went back to talk to her all she cold say was "I did what I could under the circumstances". It's your salon and you're the professional DO YOUR JOB!
LA Hair Salon, owned and operated by Laura Alexander, is a very reasonable high end salon. The way Laura treats every single person that walks through that door is like they are the Queen or King. She is the best in the business by far.
Had a friend that went here for a color service once. Her hair literally started falling out in clumps two days later. The owner was super rude and took no responsibility for the damage. She must have gotten licensed like 30 years ago before ethics were important! It was almost a full year before it wasn't noticeable. Natural products... sure?!? I don't even like driving by this place. I'd never recvomrnd it to anyone!
I have been getting great hair cuts and expert advice from Laura for 20 years. I have also been very happy with her product recomendations. Her prices are very reasonable, for the quality of service and professional atmosphere you could easily pay twice as much at other salons.
results are amazing. I am so happy with my skin. The facial is non-invasive and so relaxing.
Laura is truly an educator about skin care.
